Purchase Terms and Conditions

RTS allows you to display disclaimers to your customers when purchasing tickets or concessions online. You may want to use this to display your refund policy, your ticket pickup policy, or your credit card processor may require certain terms and conditions be displayed to your customers.

These disclaimers can be set at Setup -> Ready Ticket Network -> Purchase Terms and Conditions.



Purchase Terms

The purchase terms will appear next to a checkbox the customer must acknowledge before processing to their purchase.

Refund/Security/Etc Policies

Clicking on the Refund/Security/Etc Policies Link Text will display the entire policy message.

  • NOTE - This portion of the form accepts HTML as input. In order for your text to display as desired, you will need to add line breaks at each place where the text should be kicked to the next line. HTML line breaks can be input by using <br>. Examples of this can be seen in the first picture of this article.
