Station Reports

This article details the Station Reports section under Reports → Stations.
These reports provides valuable insights into the individual performance and transactional data for each station and are designed to track a wide range of station-specific information, such as:
  1. Individual Transactional Data: See details of all transactions processed at each station.
  2. Cash Drawer Status: Monitor the current cash drawer amounts for open stations.
  3. Post-Closing Data: View station data after closing a station, but before closing the daily deposit, ensuring all information is accounted for before finalizing.
These reports help you effectively manage and monitor station activity, ensuring accurate tracking of sales and balances for each station, even during the transition period before closing the day's deposits.

Open Stations

  1. Reports > Stations > Open Stations
The Open Stations Report provides an at-a-glance view of the stations currently open in the system.
This is useful for monitoring the operational status of stations, especially in environments where you need to track open stations over an extended period.
  1. Yellow Rows: Stations that have been open for more than 48 hours are highlighted in yellow to indicate that they have been running for an extended period.
  2. Report Groups Drop-Down: The report groups available in this window correspond to the options from the Deposit Totals report. These can be configured under Setup > Reports > Report Groups.
The report generated by the View button is similar to the Deposit Total report but focuses on a single station.
It displays sales details for today, unlike the Deposit Total report, which shows sales details for closed deposits.

Closed Stations

  1. Reports > Stations  > Closed Stations
The Closed Stations Report is similar to the Open Stations Report but focuses on stations that have been closed but before the daily deposit has been closed.
  1. Report Comparison: Much like the Deposit Total report, this one shows sales details for the selected stations, but for closed stations where the deposit has not been closed yet.
  2. Sales Details: The report includes all the relevant sales information for the current day, ensuring you can monitor transactions at stations before the deposit is finalized.

Drawer Status

  1. Reports > Stations > Drawer Status
The Drawer Status Report provides an overview of all open stations and their current drawer amounts, offering a quick, at-a-glance look at the cash available at each station.
This report presents the same information found in the Sales Monitor Report, making it easy to track the cash drawer balances across stations in real-time.
  1. Real-Time View: Provides up-to-date details on the drawer amounts for each open station.
  2. Quick Comparison: Helps identify discrepancies or monitor station balances quickly and efficiently.
