Schedule Reports

This article covers the available reports under Reports → Schedule.

These reports provide detailed information related to various schedules configured in the software, including employee schedules and showtime schedules. They are designed to help manage staffing and theater operations efficiently by offering organized and accessible scheduling data.

Employee

  1. Reports > Schedule > Employee
The Employee Schedule Report allows you to view scheduled shifts either by day or by employee, depending on your selected layout.
  1. Day View: Displays a schedule for all employees organized by each day.
  2. Employee View: Displays each employee’s schedule, grouped individually.
    1. This can also be selected with a Page Break between employees.
The report pulls its data directly from the Scheduling Grid located in Actions > Schedule > Employees.
This makes it easy to cross-reference scheduled hours and staffing coverage in a clear, accessible format.

Showtime

  1. Reports > Schedule> Showtime
The Showtime Schedule Report displays the full showtime schedule for the theatre.
It can be customized and organized in several ways by adjusting the Report Type setting, allowing you to view showtimes by screen, title, or other preferred formats for easier scheduling and review.

Showtime Schedule Report Display Types

Newspaper Listing

The Newspaper Listing report type organizes showtimes in a format commonly used for print or digital listings.
It displays each movie title alphabetically, along with the film's rating (if one is assigned under Setup > Films > Edit), and lists each performance time for that title.

Theatre Schedule

The Theatre Schedule report displays a detailed listing for each movie title shown at the theatre.
It includes the screen number (auditorium), the movie's rating, total run time, aspect ratio (if configured), and each performance time for the day.

Schedule by Start/End

The Schedule by Start or Schedule by End report types list each movie title, performance time, and auditorium number.
  1. Schedule by Start sorts the titles by the earliest start time.
  2. Schedule by End sorts the titles by the earliest end time.

Schedule Hourly

The Schedule Hourly report type displays each performance organized by hourly segments, along with the corresponding auditorium number for each performance.

Schedule By Start/End Receipt Version

The Showtime by Start Receipt Version and Showtime by End Receipt Version reports are similar to the Showtime by Start and Showtime by End reports, respectively.
However, these reports are formatted as single-column reports designed to fit on a receipt.
They provide a streamlined view of each performance either by start time or by end time, suitable for quick printing or ticketing systems.

Dual Schedule by Start/End Receipt Version

The Dual Showtime report types are similar to the Schedule by Start/End Receipt Version reports, but they display both the start and end times for each performance. This provides a comprehensive view of each performance's duration, formatted in a single-column layout suitable for receipt printing or compact displays.

Weekly Flyer

The Weekly Flyer Report type displays the performance schedule for each movie title over a 7-day period. It includes performance times and the movie poster image, making it ideal for public posting or promotional use. This report helps inform customers about showtimes for the upcoming week.
  1. There are two additional customization options for the Weekly Flyer Report:
    1. Include/Hide Synopsis: Choose whether to display a brief movie synopsis with each listing.
    2. Include/Hide Auditorium Numbers: Decide whether to show the auditorium number for each performance.

Below is an example of a report that includes the synopsis, providing more detailed information about each movie.

Usher Schedule

  1. Reports > Schedule > Usher
The Usher Schedule Report type is similar to the Theatre Schedule, as it shows each performance for every movie title. However, this report includes additional columns to provide a more detailed view for ushers or staff managing the theaters.
  1. The report is divided into two main columns:
    1. Left Column: Shows each performance along with the auditorium number, sorted by start time.
    2. Right Column: Displays each performance and auditorium, sorted by end time.
This dual-column layout helps staff easily identify when performances start and end, improving coordination and management during busy showtimes.
