Circuit Details
- Reports > Inventory > Circuit Details
The Circuit Details Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of inventory details and sales across locations in the chain. This report helps track inventory levels and sales performance at various locations, giving insights into stock requirements for future periods based on recent sales data.
- Set Report Item:
- Using this button, you can select Subtotals and individual Items to specify what appears in the report. This feature allows you to customize the data displayed, ensuring the report shows only the most relevant and needed information for your analysis.
- Breakdown:
- Include Inventory Checkbox: When selected, this option displays the counts of inventory items, helping to track how much stock is available across different locations.
- Include Sales Details Checkbox: When selected, this option shows the sales of each inventory item (measured by unit, not dollar amount). This allows users to analyze sales trends and stock performance in detail.
- Weeks/Days Stock Needed: The last two columns in the report show the amount of stock that would be needed for a specified number of weeks or days (based on the user's customization). This is calculated using sales data from the last week, Year-to-Date (YTD) sales, and per-day sales.
This report can be customized to show inventory and sales data for different time periods, helping users plan inventory needs based on historical sales performance.

- Inventory Remaining – The quantity currently in inventory.
