Configuring MaccsBox EBOR Reporting
MaccsBox EBOR Reporting
Some film distributors now require reporting to MaccsBox for their Electronic Box Office Reports as well as Comscore/Swift/Rentrak.
RTS now supports MaccsBox integration for this process!
Configuring MaccsBox EBOR Reporting in RTS
Navigate to Setup -> Communications -> Maccs
Once here you can input the information supplied from MaccsBox.
Enable Reporting and Auto Send When Tickets Closed should be checked on.
Typically, the Server and Root Directory come from MaccsBox in this format:
Host: ftp://ftp.maccsbox.com/figures
In the RTS MaccsBox configuration, it formats as follows:
Server: ftp.maccsbox.com
Root Directory: figures
The Username and Password are both case-sensitive.
For US locations, the Username and Password are as follows:
User Name: USRTS
Password: SGfvmrs58!
For Canadian locations, the Username and Password are as follows:Username: CARTS
Password: DGkL7785!22
Once you have all the correct information input into RTS, click Save.
Resending MaccsBox EBORS
You can resend EBORs to MaccsBox for previous dates in RTS by going to Actions -> Communications -> Maccs for MaccsBox.
Keep in mind: You cannot send dates that have open tickets in the software.
In the Data Transfer window, you can select a date range and then select Send Data.
