Adding Custom Concession Item Images

You can load custom images for your concession items to display on your selling screen and on the app.

Note: The images must be a Bitmap (.bmp) size 200px X 100px

Placing the Image On Stations

Once you have a custom image, you will need to put it on every computer you want it to display on. For the image to display on the app, you must put the image on the Server.

Note: The images must be the same name on all computers.

For a Windows XP Computer

To add the image to your computers, you need to put the images in C:\Program Files\Rts Ticketing\Graphics\Conc\. To do this:

  1. Navigate to File -> Other -> Explorer
  2. Double Click My Computer in the Folders list on the left-hand side



      3. If you are transferring the image via a flash drive, you may see the flash drive show up with the letter E:F:, or G:. Once you find the image on your flash drive, right-click it, and press Copy
      4. Double-click My Computer in the Folders list again to return to the list of drives.



        5. Double-click Local Disk (C:) under the Hard Disk Drives header in the center of the window to enter it.
        6. Enter the Program Files Folder
        7. Enter the Rts Ticketing Folder, then the Graphics folder, then the Conc folder
        8. Right-click an empty space in the middle part of the screen and press paste to put the image in the folder.



For a Windows Vista, 7, 8, or 10 Computer

To add the image to your computers, you need to put the images in C:\RTS\Ticketing\Graphics\Conc\. To do this:

  1. Navigate to File -> Other -> Explorer
  2. Double Click My ComputerComputer, or This PC in the Folders list on the left-hand side


        3. If you are transferring the image via a flash drive, you may see the flash drive show up with the letter E:F:, or G:. Once you find the image on your flash drive, right-click it, and press Copy
        4. Double-click My ComputerComputer, or This PC' in the Folders list again to return to the list of drives.



        5. Double-click Local Disk (C:)OS (C:), or Windows (C:) under the Hard Disk Drives header in the center of the window to enter it.
        6. Enter the RTS Folder
        7. Enter the Ticketing Folder, then the Graphics folder, then the Conc folder
        8. Right-click an empty space in the middle part of the screen and press paste to put the image in the folder.



Adding the Image to the Item

The image only needs to be assigned to the item once and can be done from any computer with the image on it.


To assign the image to the item:

  1. Navigate to Setup -> Concessions -> Items



        2. Select the item you wish to edit in the list on the left-hand side of the window.
        3. Press the Load button under the Image Display box.



        4. Select your image from the list
        5. Press Ok to load the image
        6. Last press Save to save the change

Common Issues

  1. If the image is not showing up on the RTS App
    • Verify you have placed the images on the RTS Server
    • Restart the Internet Server on the RTS Server
    • Clear your browser's cache

  2. If the image is not displaying on some selling stations
    • Verify that the image is placed in the correct folder on the computers not displaying the image
    • Verify that the image is named the exact same thing on all computers
