Accessing New Web Reporting
RTS has rolled our a new version of our Web Reporting feature so you can use a Web Browser to access all of the reports you can use inside of the RTS Software.
This is great for accessing information at your location without having to have RTS installed on the system you are using, or so you access it on your mobile device through a web browser!
In this article we will go through step-by-step on how to allow access to this feature for your location/s.

Web reporting link for New Web Reporting:
Replace RTN# with the RTN# of the location.
The top left of the RTS screen looks like this:

The first number is the terminal number, a number assigned by the RTS server to this computer that helps our technicians identify the machine.
This number has nothing to do with what stations are on the machine and it will never change.
The second number after the hyphen is the RTN#.
Adding In User Access
Step 1). Navigate to Setup -> Ready Ticket Network -> Web Reporting Setup
Step 2). Here is a breakdown of the options on this window:
Redirect to New Web Reports: This option will automatically redirect the old RTS Web Reporting URL/Web Page to the new one.
SuperAdmin: This is a user setting that allows you to add new users and set users as Admin.
Admin: This is a user that can add new users.
Enabled: This enables this user to access the web reporting.
Step 3). Put in the email you want to add in for a new user and hit Add.
Step 4). Select the Blank New User and fill out the information for them (First Name, Last Name, Email) and then check on Enabled and set their permissions, then hit Save.

The email put in this field will be the same email used to sign in to Web Reporting in the browser.
Step 5). Restart your internet server to force an immediate update online.
On the RTS Server Computer specifically, navigate to File -> Other -> Switch To -> Internet Server -> Restart Internet Server.

Step 1). Use the link and notes above to find the correct URL to input in order to access Web Reporting for the location you setup in the previous steps.
Step 2). If this is your first time accessing after setting up your user access:
Select Sign Up, input the email address you put into the software in the previous steps, and input a password that you will use to log in with this email address.

Step 3). You will get a verification email sent to that email address.
You must open the email and verify your email address using the link provided in the email in order to be able to sign in.
Step 4). Sign in using the verified email address and the password you created earlier.
You can also use the Google Sign In or the Facebook Sign In if your email is compatible with those services.
Step 5). You now should be able to access Web Reporting using the new system!
